Community Health Action Trust (CHAT) is now a global/African humanitarian non-profit organisation dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering in communities through health care training, relief and development programmes.
We target a cross session of the community including the faith community, the African community, young men and women from the age of 18 and above.Our vision is to make a world where African people as well as everyone in every community is aware of the existence of HIV and the risk to mankind and how to prevent being infected and to establish good systems and structures to prevent prejudice, stigma and discrimination and good sexual health is a right and reality for all.
CHAT offers a range of services for every sexually active individual person to be responsible for managing and maintaining safer sexual health.
As a non-profit community organisation working towards a healthy community, CHAT serves the local black community by providing education on HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections and raising awareness and support on other health inequalities.
